8. Damage and claims
If you believe damage has occurred during service, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 48 hours so we can review the issue while the facts remain fresh. We may request photos, descriptions, and an opportunity to inspect or address the concern before third-party repair or replacement is arranged.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, unstable surfaces, improperly installed materials, normal wear and tear, or items that should reasonably have been secured before service.
